One night as she sleeps, the beautiful Brielle Lake is awakened by a strange phone call. On the phone is her estranged father John with news that her Grandpa has passed away; the strange part being that John had told his daughters that their grandfather died years ago. At the funeral Brielle and her sisters Sam and Kelli find out that their mysterious grandfather left them some land and a motel in the country’s backwoods. John urges the girls to stay away from that land. Brielle, embittered with her estranged father, ignores his pleas. Brielle and her boyfriend Ben decide to take Sam and Kelli with a couple of other close friends on a camping trip in order to check out the girls’ inheritance… Upon arrival they check out the new motel and meet the manager, a seemingly sweet old lady. The group decides to camp out for the evening. At the campgrounds the bloodbath begins....
